We started the business in 2001, not because we needed a new career, but because we loved the technology. We are not electricians or security people that decided to extend our base. In our previous lives we were in very analytical jobs and wanted to continue to utilize these skills. We have also become increasingly frustrated with the lack of customer service in general much less from a contractor. It just made sense… the marriage of technology, problem solving and customer service.
